The Ministry of Health will offer free psychological counseling to at least 80 percent of migrant workers in 65 counties and cities as part of a pilot project that kicks off this year, the People’s Daily reported on Sunday。

《人民日報》上周日報道說，衛(wèi)生部將于今年開始一個試點項目，為65個縣市的至少80%的農(nóng)民工提供免費的心理咨詢服務。

在上面的報道中，psychological counseling指的是“心理咨詢”，包括psychological assistance(心理援助)和psychological reconstruction(心理重構)等具體表現(xiàn)形式。Counsel在這里的意思是“咨詢，輔導”。看一下例子：His job is to counsel students on how to choose a career。(他的工作是輔導學生就業(yè)。)也可以作不及物動詞用，例如：She counseled with her husband about the problem。(她同丈夫商量了這個問題。)

近年來labor disputes(勞資糾紛)、wage arrears(工資拖欠)等問題困擾著農(nóng)民工，而他們的心理問題也日益成為關注的焦點。衛(wèi)生部要求為農(nóng)民工set up health database(建立健康檔案)，并將在pilot areas(試點地區(qū))發(fā)起對occupational diseases(職業(yè)病)的研究。
